Description
Samsung 50S(2) (INR21700-50S v0.2) · 5,000 mAh · 25 A Unprotected Cell
The Samsung INR21700-50S (Version 0.2, often listed as 50S(2)) is a high-power, high-capacity 21700 cell.
It delivers a nominal 5,000 mAh (minimum 4,800 mAh) with a 25 A continuous discharge rating, and a 45 A temperature-limited capability when the pack enforces an 80 °C cut-off.
A low initial AC impedance (≤ 14 mΩ) helps reduce voltage sag under load.
This is an unprotected flat-top cell intended for use within battery packs or devices that provide appropriate protection (BMS/PCB).
🔋 5,000 mAh nominal capacity
⚡ 25 A continuous discharge
🔥 45 A with pack temp cut-off (80 °C)
🧊 ≤ 14 mΩ nominal impedance (AC, 1 kHz)

Craig Watson –
Finally, a 5000mAh cell with a 25A discharge! Initial testing shows these as something else, can wait to finish my build with them. Excellent technical support!

Under 80-90w users should consider this battery, can’t beat the 5000mAh. Service was excellent on here.
Sam Turner –
Got a bunch of these to use in my AtomRC Dolphin. 4S1P pack will get an hour flight time. A 2S pack in my Nano Goblin can go 70 mins! Can probably go longer but I only run the packs down to about 3.3v per cell just in case I need some power to abort a landing or whatever. Great cells, very happy with them.
