The Nitecore UI2 is a lightweight, travel-friendly dual-slot USB charger designed specifically for
3.6/3.7V Li-ion/IMR/INR cells. With automatic cell detection, independent channel control and intelligent CC/CV
charging, it delivers safe, efficient charging for everyday use while remaining pocketable and easy to pack.
Simple, safe, and efficient
UI2 automatically selects an appropriate charging current based on the cell and power input, terminating precisely at 4.20V using
a constant-current/constant-voltage algorithm. Multi-layer protection includes reverse-polarity,
short-circuit, over-charge, and thermal management. Clear status LEDs show
charging and full for each bay.
Its compact body and USB power input make it perfect for desktop, car, or power-bank charging. For the fastest performance,
pair with a quality 5V USB adapter able to deliver at least 2A shared output.
Cell compatibility
- Li-ion / IMR / INR (3.6/3.7V): 10340–18650 range, including 14500, 16340 (RCR123A), 16650, 18350, 18500, 18650; many 20700/21700 flat-top cells (length permitting)
- Note: The UI2 is a Li-ion-only charger (does not charge Ni-MH/Ni-Cd or LiFePO4). Extra-long protected 21700 cells may not fit.

Always confirm battery chemistry and orientation before charging, place the charger on a stable, non-flammable surface with good
ventilation. Never leave charging batteries completely unattended.
Product-specific notes: UI2 is Li-ion only and not suitable for Ni-MH/Ni-Cd or LiFePO4. Extra-long protected 21700 cells may be a tight fit.
